I’m flying back to South Africa 🇿🇦 tomorrow, for the first time in 4 years. I can’t wait to see my family and friends again. I hope everything turns out well so I can consider moving back permanently. I’ll spend most of the next 2 years in SA.
After landing, the first thing I’ll need to do is buy a generator, because the power goes out multiple times a day. The second thing I need to do is cleanup a 1971 Opel Kadett to put it up for sale, so I can buy a Swedish 🇸🇪 Volvo to drive around with. After that, I also need to help my dad change the clutch on his Ford escort. And finally, I need to change the timing belt on a Renault. It’s like I’m suddenly a mechanic. 🤣
It’s going to be crazy but fun.
